How does PERCUP decide which brands to stock? +

Every brand is tasted before it is listed. We look for producers who are transparent about where their ingredients come from, who are making something we would drink ourselves, and who can hold that quality consistently rather than for one great batch.

Do you buy directly from the roasters and producers? +

Wherever we can, yes. Working directly keeps the product fresher, keeps more of the price with the people who made it, and means we can tell you honestly where something came from.

What does a brand need before it gets listed? +

Consistent quality, clear sourcing, packaging that protects the product in transit, and enough supply to stay in stock. A brand that can only ship occasionally is a brand we would have to keep marking sold out.

How often do new brands arrive? +

Regularly, in small numbers. We would rather add a few brands we are certain about than pad the list. Anything added recently carries a New tag on its card.

Why do some brands show fewer products than others? +

The count on each card is what is live right now. Seasonal lots, small harvests and limited runs come and go, so a brand's range moves through the year. A brand stays listed as long as it has at least one live product, including anything you can join the waitlist for.
