PerfectTed is a London-based matcha brand founded in 2021 by Marisa Poster, Teddie Levenfiche and Levi Levenfiche. Matcha is whole, stone-ground Japanese green tea, so you drink the leaf itself rather than an infusion. It naturally combines caffeine with L-theanine, an amino acid associated with calm focus, which is why many people find matcha gives steadier energy than coffee without the jitters or the crash.
