Embark on an extraordinary coffee journey with Project Everest - Lekali Estate, a truly exceptional micro-lot from Nepal, meticulously brought to you by Subko Coffee Roasters. This coffee is a testament to the dedication and passion poured into every bean, offering a vibrant and nuanced experience that awakens the senses.

Experience a symphony of flavors with its prominent citrus notes, bright and zesty, that dance on the palate. These are beautifully complemented by a deep, lingering sweetness reminiscent of rich jaggery, creating a complex and satisfying profile. This coffee is a celebration of its unique origin and natural processing, delivering a cup that is both invigorating and delightfully sweet.

Crafted using the natural processing method, the coffee cherries are dried whole, allowing the sugars to permeate the bean and develop an intense, fruity character. This method highlights the inherent sweetness and complexity of the Lekali Estate's terroir.

Project Everest - Lekali Estate is best enjoyed brewed as a filter coffee to fully appreciate its delicate aromatics and bright acidity, or as an espresso to experience its concentrated sweetness and vibrant citrus notes. Elevate your daily ritual with this remarkable offering from one of Nepal's finest estates.
