01Spoon 2g of instant coffee into your favourite mug.Add 200ml of hot water at 80°C.Stir until fully dissolved and enjoy your quick perk-up.

01Dissolve 3g of instant coffee in 50ml of hot water at 80°C.Fill a tall glass with ice.Pour the dissolved coffee over the ice, then top with 150ml cold water or milk for a chill out.

01Combine 2.5g of instant coffee with 30ml of hot water at 80°C in a mug.Heat 180ml of milk until steaming, then froth if desired.Pour the frothed milk into the mug, stir gently, and savour the moment.
