Bombe Washed Capsules bring one of The Espresso Lab's Ethiopian favourites to a coffee capsule. The coffee comes from Bombe, in the Sidama highlands, where Alo Coffee grows the 74158 variety at around 2,200 metres and washes it for a clean, elegant cup.

Each capsule brews a floral espresso with apple brightness and a brown sugar sweetness, specialty coffee without the grinder. Store in a cool, dry place and brew as a short or long shot.

Bombe is a high-altitude area of Sidama in southern Ethiopia known for delicate, floral washed coffees. The 74158 variety, developed by Ethiopia's Jimma research centre, is prized for its clarity and tea-like sweetness.

The Espresso Lab roasts the lot and packs it into capsules so the same coffee served in its Dubai cafes can be brewed at home in seconds. Expect a bright, floral shot with apple acidity and a brown-sugar finish.
